Under the Patronage of H.E. Dr. Laila Ghannam, Governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, To-me Cosmetics Contributes to Equipping the Barbering and Beauty Academy at Ramallah Correction
As part of its commitment to social responsibility and its support for initiatives aimed at empowerment and vocational rehabilitation, To-me Cosmetics contributed to equipping the Barbering and Beauty Academy at the Ramallah Correction and Rehabilitation Center, in memory of the late Hajj Suleiman Abu Hadwan, the company's founder, who left behind a lasting legacy of generosity and community service.
The project included the establishment of a fully equipped barbering academy, along with the provision of all professional tools, equipment, and supplies required for practical training. This specialized training environment will enable inmates to acquire the skills and experience necessary to enhance their future employment opportunities and facilitate their integration into the labor market.
Representing To-me Cosmetics at the event were Mr. Hamza Abu Hadwan, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Raed Abu Hadwan, Member of the Board of Directors; and Mr. Hussein Musleh, General Manager.
The vocational rehabilitation departments were officially inaugurated under the patronage of Dr. Laila Ghannam, Governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, and attended by Major General Allam Al-Saqqa, Commander of the Palestinian Police; Brigadier General Dr. Saleh Al-Barghouthi, Director General of Correction and Rehabilitation Centers; Colonel Ahmad Awadallah, Director of the Ramallah Correction and Rehabilitation Center; representatives of the European Police Mission; the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye; the Director of Education in Ramallah; as well as several partners and institutions supporting the initiative.
The project also included the inauguration of several other vocational rehabilitation departments in partnership with institutions and specialists from various sectors, reflecting the importance of cooperation between national institutions and the private sector in supporting rehabilitation and reform programs.
To-me Cosmetics takes great pride in participating in this humanitarian and national initiative, driven by its belief that vocational training provides a genuine opportunity for building a better future and enhances individuals’ ability to begin productive professional lives after completing their sentences.
