Inventory Control Officer

AXE Company (Axe Cosmetics Factory), one of the leading companies in the cosmetics and personal care industry, is announcing job openings for the position of: Inventory Control Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update inventory movement and materials entering and leaving the warehouses.
• Conduct and follow up on periodic stocktaking operations and reconcile actual balances with records.
• Record and review receiving and issuing operations, ensuring data accuracy.
• Track inventory discrepancies and raise observations and reports to the relevant department.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or mismatched quantities.
• Coordinate with warehouses, production, and purchasing to ensure accuracy of material movement.
• Organize inventory files and records and prepare periodic reports as needed.
• Adhere to approved work, safety, and organizational procedures within the warehouses.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software.
• Accuracy in data entry and review.
• Ability to conduct stocktaking and reconcile balances.
• Track material movement in and out.
• Detect discrepancies and mismatched inventory.
• Organize and arrange warehouses.
• Ability to prepare daily and periodic reports.
• Communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Commitment to safety and organizational procedures within the warehouse.

Required Conditions:

• Full-time availability.
• Applicant must be a resident of Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate.
• Ability to work in the field within the factory environment and follow daily operational processes.
• Commitment to company policies and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of information.
